I have used Mitchell Plumbing and Gas services on two occasions and found them to be excellent. Most recently, Grant and Ethan conducted a Water Efficiency test and fixed a couple of other issues. We found them to be professional, knowledgeable, and efficient in their work. The service was reasonably priced and completed promptly. Highly recommend!

I recently had a fantastic experience with Mitchell Plumbing and Gas. From the moment I received the invoice and booked my appointment, the team handled everything professionally and efficiently. James, the technician who came to fix my shower leak, was outstanding. He arrived right on time, explained the issue clearly, and resolved it swiftly. The price was very reasonable—much better than other quotes I received. I’m extremely impressed with both James and the entire Mitchell Plumbing and Gas team. I strongly recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable and honest plumbing work!

Bit of back forth on the quote process which was a little admin heavy due to clarification of scope, but very impressed with the guy that turned up who was thorough with his problem solving and ended up charging me less than the quote as some work was not in fact required. Very happy to pay the bill $200 less than initial quote. Also provided report explaining what was done, why and what to look out for if my problem presents again. Highly recommend.

Outstanding service and professionalism from a young team . I had been referred to Mitchell Plumbing and Gas by another large plumbing group who were unable to assist. Immediately they were clearly capable and I have used them ever since. Most recently the team installed a new hot water system late into a Friday afternoon after a distress call from us after four days of cold water in Winter! A competitive quote, quick removal of an old and replacement with a new pump, delightful tradesmen end tidy work. I would highly recommend.

Had a kitchen sink replaced, great experience from start to finish. The quoting and scheduling process was smooth, they arrived on time, and the work was done efficiently. James was respectful, professional, and did a great job. Highly recommend.

James and his apprentice, were punctual, polite and very professional. These two gentleman, went over and beyond to assist me and fix the plumbing issue, that we had with our kitchen sink drain. I highly recommend these tradesmen and I am very impressed by their work and professional and friendly nature. Will definitely be using Mitchell Plumbing and Gas’ services again, when required.

Five star rating on Google is absolutely true. Booked day and time convenient to working schedule. Grant (plumber) came on time and very professional. Came to check out flexible hoses and advised that they were all like new, and nothing required replacing. Their recommendation was for 12 monthly check. Would not hesitate to use company again.
